BoyleSports are reporting  Another Kind of Blue as BGT favourite, at 7/2 after being backed in from 11/2 following their audition. However they still have to make it through the final round of auditions, where over 100 acts will be whittled down to just 40.

Of the Golden Buzzer acts, who automatically make it through to the semi-finals, Jasmine Elcock, Ant and Dec’s act, is the strongest of the bunch as the 4/1 second favourite.

Amanda Holden’s golden buzzer act, 12-year-old singer Beau Dermott, is another strong contender for the title at 5/1. Beau was initially the firm favourite at 5/2, but has since drifted out to 5/1 alongside magician Richard Jones and singer Rachel Wooding.

Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell’s golden buzzer acts, choir 100 Voices of Gospel and Star Wars inspired dance act Boogie Storm, are at loggerheads in the betting at 10/1.  David Walliam’s act, married singers Ian and Anne Marshall, are the outsiders of the lot at 100/1.

Another act to watch ahead of the live shows includes singer Kathleen Jenkins, who is priced at 13/2 to win after her rendition of Wild Horses stole the hearts of the audience.

The singers continue to dominate the betting.  Vocal group Vox Foris feature in the top half of the betting at 10/1. Mother and daughter duo Ana and Fia Almanda are 12/1 to win with their dulcet tones. Dancer, Balance, are the only dance act to appear as a potential threat at 16/1.

Aoife Heffron, PR Executive for BoyleSports commented

This year’s Britain’s Got Talent is more like the X Factor as singers heavily dominate the betting and have seen the most support from punters. Jasmine Elcock is topping the singers at 4/1, but it is Beau Dermott who poses the biggest liability, despite drifting out from 5/2 favouritism to 5/1.”

She added “Another Kind of Blue have held onto the top spot in the betting for a number of weeks now, but they are by no means the clear favourite at 7/2, leaving the market susceptible to a major shakeup once the semi-finalists are known on Saturday.”
